A 49-year old Garden City woman cited on July 1st for allegedly failing to report an accident has passed away before facing charges. Police Sergeant Michael Reagle reports that Cynthia Ehrenfelt was cited by police on Chesterfield Drive for failure to report an accident, failure to stop at an accident involving damage, and failure to give information or render aid. Ehrenfelt died last week and a memorial service was held for her on Monday at the Garnand Funeral Home.
Reagle says that the charges in the case will be dismissed.
