Search for 4th of July Shooter Continues in Dodge

The search continues for a man accused of a fourth of July Shooting. Dodge City resident Frank Olivarez, 46, was found at the scene with a gunshot would to his leg. Olivarez says an 18-20 year-old Hispanic male demanded his wallet and shot him in the leg.

After the shooting, the suspect left in a white passenger car with Olivarez’s wallet. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CRIME STOPPERS at (620) 227-STOP; You can also call the Dodge City Police Department at (620) 225-8128.
