Finney County Commissioners meet on Monday and will conduct a number of budget hearings.  Commissioners conducted a budget workshop in July and went over specifics in the proposed budget with auditors Lewis, Hooper, and Dick.  The General Fund portion of the proposed budget is approximately $36-million.

Commissioners are also poised to consider various issues related to Public Works, like replacement of the Anderson Road Bridge, and conducting an annual review of Finney County’s Solid Waste Management Plan.  Commissioners will also review the county’s Zoning Map in regards to how differently zoned areas of the county overlap.
