A 51-year old Garden City man has been booked into Finney County Jail for lewd and lascivious conduct and exposure after allegedly exposing his private parts to a passerby on C Street Monday afternoon.  Police spokesperson Sergeant Michael Reagle reports that Ronnie Lyn Wishon was taken into custody after allegedly opening the front door of his residence, yelling at a nearby adult female, and lifting up his shorts, exposing his penis.  Reagle states that another concern of law enforcement was that there were six children under the age of sixteen playing in a front yard directly across the street.  Reagle says a witness contacted police a short while later after Wishon allegedly stepped outside of his residence and began to masturbate.  Officers were dispatched and Wishon was taken into custody.

Wishon was booked into the county detention facility and denied bond.  He faces at least one felony count.
