Garden City, Ks. (westernkansasnews.com)
Last Friday, the Garden City/Finney County Drug Task Force culminated an investigation into alleged cocaine distribution by stopping a vehicle suspected of cocaine trafficking. Upon searching the vehicle, officers found a bag containing 29 grams of suspected cocaine and various items of drug paraphernalia which would be deemed consistent with the distribution of illegal drugs.
34 year old Ricardo Elizalde of Garden City was arrested and lodged in the Finney County Jail on allegations of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, no Kansas drug tax stamp, and no valid driver’s license, where he remains in lieu of 15 thousand dollars bond.
