Joaquin Ceniceros, age 53, of Ulysses, Kansas died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses, Kansas. He was born August 20, 1959 in Cuauhtémoc, Durango, Mexico, the son of Juan and Leonor (Salais) Ceniceros. |

Joaquin graduated high school in Mexico and then moved to the United States. He has lived in Ulysses for 20 years, and currently was employed at Centerfire Feedyard. He married Maria (Roman) in 1981 in Cuauhtémoc Durango, Mexico. Joaquin enjoyed spending time with his family, playing basketball and watching sports on television. |

He is survived by his wife, Maria, of the home; son, Joaquin Omar Ceniceros of Ulysses, Kansas; daughters, Diana Guillen of Ulysses, Kansas, Ruth Correa of Ulysses, Kansas; father, Juan Ceniceros of Mexico; brothers, Miguel Ceniceros and Lencho Ceniceros both of Mexico; sisters, Carmela Ceniceros of Mexico, Tena Escobedo Ceniceros of Mexico, Beatrice Perez Ceniceros of Florida, Lola Ceniceros of Mexico; and six grandchildren. |

He is preceded in death by his mother; and brother, Javier Ceniceros.
