Garden City, Ks by Dylan Hunter (westernkansasnews,com)  In celebration of its first full year of Third Thursdays, Garden City Downtown Vision will feature a salute to our companion animals with a Pet Costume Parade on Thursday, October 18 at 6 p.m. Registration will be at Regan & Co., 423 N.
