Resilient Lady Busters Volleyball Team Defeats Colby in 5 Set Thriller-Audio

Garden City, KS (www.westernkansasnews.com) – Down two sets to one, the Garden City Community College Lady Busters Volleyball team found resilience last night at Perryman Athletic Complex to beat Colby Community College for the first time in recent years. It was a five set thriller that saw the Lady Busters defeat the Trojans 25-20, 8-25, 18-25, 25-22 and 15-10. The win ties Garden City with Colby in the Jayhawk West at 5-5 and the the Lady Busters move to 18-13 overall and gives them a great shot at finishing in the top four and a home berth in the play-offs. Coach Rob Lutz talks about his teams effort and their resilience throughout the match.
