Garden City, Ks. (westernkansasnews)
The City Commission yesterday wasted little time unanimously approving Stone Development Corporation’s Schulman Crossing projects in addition to scheduling a public hearing for August 6th regarding the consideration of making the location a TIF ( Tax Increment Financing) District.
At this point the first business to open will be the Old Chicago Pizzeria and Taproom, which is slated for a November opening. The project will also include a nationally chained hotel, a water park and a strip style mini mall with over 200 thousand foot of available retail space.
Project totals are currently running in the 50 million dollar range.
