Garden City, Kan (westernkansasnews.com)-We’ve got plenty more in the tank; those are the words of Garden City High School Athletic Director Martin Segovia on whether his team has aspirations of filling up the trophy case in the hallway leading to the gym. After all he watched Carlos Prieto and the Buffaloes repeat as 6A state champs. But on Thursday-it was a different team that was well represented by the Buffs.

Two-time defending state champs Michael Prieto (44-2) and Tevin Briscoe (33-3) headlined a list of seven wrestlers who were selected to the All-Wac first team.

Efrain Sanchez (106), Alec Castillo (132), Chris Adler (145), Zac Finch (160) and Montana Fuller (285) all joining them.
