Knowledge is Power: Learn About Spring Storms
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) It may seem unusual to talk about thunderstorms and tornadoes when snow is on the ground, but this week is Severe Weather Awareness Week. Finney County Emergency Management Director Michael Paz-Torres encourages you to come out and become better informed during storm spotter class Monday.
The free classes are offered at both 3 and 7 from the Finney County Fairgrounds.
