Commissioners Throw Their Support Behind Funding For Aquatics Center
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) In a joint meeting of Dodge City and Ford County Commissioners Monday night they approved the 10 million dollar proposed new aquatics facility as falling under as a “Why Not Dodge” Tax project. Specifically now both governing bodies will have to give approval for each stage of development for the Aquatics Park. The commissioners also gave their rubber stamp to continue with Water’s Edge Aquatic Design in drawing up further plans for the new facility.
