Sheriff: One Dies, One Injured in Finney County Accident
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County Sheriff Kevin Bascue says two men from Garden City were involved in a rollover accident about 2pm Thursday on the 1500 block of Sagebrush Road. The victims have been identified as 32 year old Jonothan Quintana and his passenger 36 year old Jesse Montemayor.
Quintana was not wearing a seatbelt and died from his injuries after being ejected from the 2001 Honda Accord. Montemayor was wearing his seatbelt and had to be extricated out of the vehicle. Montemayor has been transported to St. Catherine’s Hospital.
