Heavy Traffic Expected During Funeral For Firefighter Peek

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police are warning motorists that there’ll be heavy traffic this afternoon around Main and Kansas during the funeral of former firefighter Ronnie Peek. Officers will be on hand to direct traffic. The 49 year old Peek had a health related problem during a training exercise last week and later died. The funeral is scheduled for 2 at the First United Methodist Church with burial to follow.
