Frank and his family moved to Garden City from El Paso in 1995. He had worked for IBP in the maintenance department as a mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, listening to all types of music, and taking care of his chihuahua, Gidget. He was an avid fan of professional wrestling and watched it religiously.
