Fatality Accident in Seward County
Liberal, KS (westernkansasnews.com) An update to Tuesday afternoon’s accident on US 54 11 miles east of Liberal. State troopers have identified the fatality victim as 19 year old Moses Arevalo of El Paso, Texas. Arevalo’s Honda Civic crossed the median and struck a semi head on. After impact both vehicles came to rest in a ditch. The driver of the semi was uninjured in the wreck.
