Crystal Janet Frazier-Denton, 80, died March 26, 2016 at the Good Samaritan Center, Dodge City. She was born on November 11, 1935 at Copeland, the daughter of Melvin David and Myrl Irene (Stebbins) Frazier.
On September 5, 1954 she married Vernon Denton at Logan, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on October 26, 2013. Crystal worked at the Ingalls COOP with her husband for several years. She also worked at the Ingalls Santa Fe Trail Museum.
She was a member of the Ingalls Community Bible Church of Ingalls.
Crystal is survived by two sons, Bruce Denton and wife Valerie of Ingalls and Melvin Denton and wife Denise of Ingalls; a daughter, Patty Duncan and husband Joey of Cimarron; six grandchildren, Luke Denton of Fresno, California, Benjamin Denton and wife Jennifer of Pensacola, Florida, Chris Denton and wife Angela of Ingalls, Ammie Weidner and husband Nick of Wichita, Bryan Duncan and wife Jamie of Cimarron, and Bradley Duncan of Farmington, New Mexico; seven great grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Meador and husband Roy of Satanta and Carlene Wendel of Salisaw, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Delores.
Funeral service will be held at the Ingalls Community Bible Church on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Tom Harmer presiding. Burial will follow at Ingalls Cemetery in Ingalls. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel, Cimarron on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorials are suggested to CASA or Ingalls Community Church both in care of the funeral home.
