Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Improvements to Jennie Barker Road North of Schulman Crossing and up to the intersection with Kansas Avenue has been discussed. It’s unclear whether this is a priority or being put on the back burner for now. City Manager Matt Allen says it might be a mute point until new information comes to light.
Allen believes the Jennie Barker improvement project will not be completed for another 2-3 years.
