Man Sentence for Role in Murder Almost 18 Month Ago
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A 29 year old man from Garden City received a 13 year prison sentence for his role the April, 2015 murder of Karlton Waechter.
Cesar Fierro-Acevedo entered a no contest plea to the charge of second degree murder. The shooting occurred outside the East Garden Village trailer lot. Other suspects Jeffrey Rigdon and Michael George, Junior. Both are expected to make another court appearance over the next thirty days.
