Burnfin Asks Students to Challenger Her

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Over the next three days we will have stories with the three winners of the coveted Crystal Apple Award honoring Finney County’s best teachers.  Rebecca Burnfin is a sixth grade teacher of content in social studies, science and writing at Bernardine Sitts Elementary.  For her it’s important for her students to direct the way they learn new material.

Teaching is in Burnfin’s blood.  Both her sisters are teachers as well.
