Governor Candidate Participates in DC Days Backyard BBQ Contest
Dodge City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) 2018 Gubernatorial Candidate Carl Brewer participated in the Dodge City Days Backyard BBQ Contest on Saturday.
Brewer was the Mayor of Wichita from 2007 to 2015 and told us why he’s running for Governor.
Brewer a Democrat also touched on how he thinks the state could do more for agriculture.
Brewer faired well in the BBQ contest he and his wife placed third in the anything goes category on Saturday.
