Garden City Commission names Cessna Mayor
Garden City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) The Garden City Commissioners held their reseating ceremony on Monday for 2018. Roy Cessna was tabbed as mayor for the second time, while Dan Fankhauser was named vice mayor.
The commission also welcomed new members Lindsay Byrnes and Troy Unruh, who were elected in November. Chris Law and Janet Doll left the commission and did not seek reelection.
