GCHS soccer downs Great Bend; volleyball sweeps triangular

Garden City, KS-Salvador Bustos scored two goals, Alonso Vera added one, and Garden City took down Great Bend 3-0 at Buffalo Stadium on Tuesday. With the win, they improved to 7-2 overall and 3-2 in the conference.

Volleyball

The Buffaloes swept a triangular on Tuesday, beating Liberal 17-25, 25-21 and 25-14 before sweeping Dodge City 25-12 and 25-6.

Taylor Terpstra finished with 12 kills and Remi Vargas had 52 assists.

Garden City is now 14-6 on the season.
