Garden Valley Retirement Village will host 10th Annual Summer BBQ

Garden City, KS — Garden Valley Retirement Village will host its 10th Annual Summer BBQ, July 12th , 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, located at 1505 East Spruce Street. This will be free to the community.

In addition to free hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans and watermelon, there will be a bouncy house and a train ride for the kids. For your convenience there will be golf cart rides from parking lot to the event.

“This is just a small thing we can do for the community to show how much we appreciate them for trusting us to care for their loved ones”, says Executive Director Marc Riley.

This is the 10th year that Garden Valley Retirement Village has sponsored this popular event enjoyed by hundreds, including residents of Garden Valley Retirement Village. There will be an opportunity to tour our beautiful newly renovated rooms on our 11-bed skilled nursing wing. This therapy to home service can provide a bridge between an acute hospital stay and a safe return home. You will also be able to tour one of our Independent Living apartments.
