Scott City wrestling second at Abilene

Abilene, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Competing in their final tournament before the Christmas break, the Scott City wrestling team made the trip to Abilene for the annual Abilene Invitational on Saturday, that featured a predominantly lineup of Class 4A and Class 321A teams.

Pratt would wind up winning the meet with 151 points, followed by Scott City at 126 and Abilene with 116.

The Beavers would take home three individual titles, as Evan Fry won the 106-pound division, while Collin McDaniel was the champion at 120 and Gabe Bowers won the 285-pound weight class.
