Sport Physicals to be Given at GCHS

Garden City-(westernkansasnews.com) The Garden City High School Athletic Department will be offering sport physicals this summer for the athletes planning on participating in their sport seasons for 2012-2013. It is with the help of several physicians in the Garden City medical community, that will be volunteering their time to the athletes in providing this health service. The physicals will be conducted at the new high school on Saturday June 30th, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, for a cost of only $10.00. The four hour session allows a very short time for the kids to get in and out. It will be important for Coaches and parents to inform their athletes of this great opportunity to get ready for next year, as a physical by a certified physician is required to participate in an athletic event during the school year.
