GCCC Selects Texas Fund Raiser to Head Buster Athletics-Audio
Garden City, KS (www.westernkansasnews.com) – Garden City Community College Administration and the selection committee have chosen University of Texas-Arlington fund raiser, Dennis Harp as the new Athletic Director for the Buster athletic programs. Harp was a former Division I Basketball Coach at Hardin-Simmons University in Texas and replaces Bob Larson, who was re-assigned to the athletics operations and activities duties last June at GCCC. Harp has been the Director of Corporate Fund Raising at UT-Arlington for the past 10 years. Harp comments on his new position, respect for the coachecs and his passion for fund raising.
