Three SWK Athletes Make 2013 Shrine Bowl Roster

Garden City, KS (www.westernkansasnews.com) – The 2013 Shrine Bowl Football rosters have been announced and the West squad includes just three from Southwest Kansas teams, including two from State Championship teams and another from a play-off team. The three athletes include Dalton Gantz from Ness City that won the 8-man Division I Football Championship and Drew Kite from the 3A Scott City Champions and Justin Gemachlich from Dodge City, as the Red Demons made it to the 6A play-offs. The West Shrine Bowl team led by Garden City Head Coach Brian Hill won the 2012 Bowl Game, making it seven in row for the West team. No Garden City Buffaloes made it on the Shrine Bowl roster for 2013.
