Garden City Mayor Wants to Keep It Simple
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Landlords in Garden City were not standing ideally by while the city commission talked about a rental inspection program under consideration. At the heart of it is how to improve the quality of apartments in town. Mayor Dan Fankhauser does not want the city to step in with a big oversight program. Instead here’s what he says is the possible alternative.
Fankhauser is hopeful this can be the starting point for an agreement between both sides.
