Incident at Store Creates a Stir Saturday
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police are investigating a woman’s claim that she was kidnapped by a man two months ago in Oklahoma City and was being held against her will. Police captain Michael Reagle says officers caught up with both at Target on Saturday afternoon. Reagle says the man has been released. The investigation continues.
