School Bus Accident in Finney County Monday Morning
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A USD 457 school bus and a pickup truck were involved in an accident Monday morning around 7 near Annie Sheer Road and US 83. The bus had students from Plymell Elementary, Horace Good Middle School and Garden City High School aboard.
School district public information specialist Roy Cessna. The Highway Patrol identified the bus driver as 72 year old Ronald Sherraden and the pickup driver 53 year John Browning of Ulysses. Both were treated for their injuries. Troopers have determined the bus driver went through a stop sign, but are unsure as to the reason why. The investigation continues.
