Some Dog Owners Like New Ordinance

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The vicious dog ordinance in Garden City is changing to soften a stance against pit and pit mixes.  Pit owner Luci Douglass led the effort to change the ordinance and believes this was the right thing to do.

Douglass is hopeful that pit and pit mixes will have an easier time finding a home.

Douglass is convinced lifting the restrictions also make pit and pit mixes easier to adopt.
