Superintendent Likes Change in Student Assessment

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Kansas is doing another shift in administering its student assessment tests from a multi-state consortium called smarter balance to oversight by the University of Kansas.  While some may question the move, USD 443 Superintendent Alan Cunningham remains confident the change will benefit everyone.

Cunningham believes there is something positive in keeping this test at home.
