Not Everyone Favors Local Elections in the Fall

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com)  Earlier this week we heard from Joe Peters a man who last week unsuccessfully ran for city commission in Dodge City asking local elections be pushed back to the fall boosting voter turnout.  There are two sides to every story.  USD 457 spokesman Roy Cessna on why Garden City schools thinks that is a bad idea.
