Two more buffs ink college contracts
Garden City, Kan (westernkansasnews.com)-The idea of playing college basketball wasn’t even in the mind of then sophomore guard Tionnia McKee. But while her game and her mind matured, the vision became more of distinct possibility. Wednesday it became a reality.
Playing baseball has been a life-long quest for Buffs senior catcher Thomas Solorio. The question was who would give him a chance at the next level? That was answered resoundingly.
McKee inked a letter of intent to play at Garden City Community College next season; Solorio signed at Independence Community College.
