Firefighters Answer Call One More Time
Lakin, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Progress is slow for Lakin teen Joe Seeger-Guebara who remains in a Wichita hospital only a couple of weeks after an accident deprived him of graduating with his classmates. The community is doing something to help with medical expenses. Dewayne Wozencraft and his group of Lakin volunteer firefighters are organizing a benefit run.
The event is Saturday June 7th. Registration is at 9am, run starts at 10:30am.
