EPA Rule Could Step on Toes

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A drought can make things awful tough on a farmer.  Now those in the field are getting something else bearing down on them, the Environmental Protection Agency.  Sixty days ago, the EPA tried to clarify what waters fall under their responsibility, with little success.   

Mark Rude Executive Director of Groundwater District 3 says the question becomes how far does the EPA take this and what does it mean for both farmers and small businesses.
