Playing the Waiting Game

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Several proposed housing projects in Garden City are looking for grant assistance through the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation.

City Manager Matt Allen knows the future of all three projects remains uncertain if the application is denied.

Allen says city officials should get their answer early next month.
