Man From Scott City Dies in Traffic Accident
Canton, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A 42 year old man from Scott City dies in an accident Wednesday morning shortly before 7 on US 56 near the town of Canton in McPherson County. State troopers have identified the victim as James Schultz. Troopers report Schultz was driving his Toyota Corolla and crossed the center line striking the pickup truck of 74 year old Hope Hill from Galva head on. Hill was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. The crash remains under investigation.
