Greg Cotton, General Counsel and Chief of Staff for Sporting KC envisions an extensive youth soccer program along with tournaments that will attract players and their families.
Cotton hopes to have 12-14 tournaments in Garden City each year. Funding for the star bond still needs approval by the State Secretary of Commerce.
