Texas Truck Driver Hospitalized in Finney County Accident
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A driver of a freightliner truck was taken to St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City after his rig went off the side of the road on US 83 and landed on its side Tuesday afternoon shortly before 2. State troopers identified the driver as 53 Jimmie West Junior of Borger, Texas. The accident happened 12 miles south of Garden City. West is listed in good condition at the hospital. The investigation continues into the cause of the accident.
