Dale W. Hull
Dale W. Hull, 96, died January 9, 2015 at Halsey Hall at Ft. Dodge, Kansas. He was born on July 15, 1918 at Scott City, KS the son of Clarence Albert and Laura (Irwin) Hull.
He married Julia McCabe on April 12, 1947 in Dodge City, she preceded him in death on December 13, 2000. Dale worked as a business manager for KGNO and the Dodge City Daily Globe for 37 years before retiring. He served his country in the US Army during World War II.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, American Legion, Kansas Genealogical Society and was a board member of the Meals on Wheels program all of Dodge City.
He is survived by a daughter Patty Greer of Austin, Texas; two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home on Friday, January 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dick Robbins presiding. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 12:00 to 8:00 PM. Memorials are suggested to Meals on Wheals in care of the funeral home.
