Effects Uncertain on Whether Falling Gas Prices Hurt Funding For Roads

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Many people argue that with gas prices so low the state is losing millions of dollars in taxes from money that was supposed to be generated for building and maintaining roads. Allen know the argument is not going away.
