Garden City School Board Approves Beef Up Traffic Enforcement at High School


Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) On a vote of 5-2 the school board at USD 457 approved stricter traffic enforcement on the grounds of Garden City High School. Police Chief James Hawkins knows officers had their hands tied in making sure both students and parents followed traffic laws.

 

 

Traffic enforcement will begin February 1st.

The school board also gave unanimous approval for a new inflated sports dome at Kenneth Henderson Middle School which would also be used by the YMCA.
