Lori Ann Ostrander
Lori Ann Ostrander, 40, died January 12, 2015 at Western Plains Medical Complex, Dodge City. She was born on November 19, 1974 at Larned, the daughter of Ronald Eugene and Judy Marie (Fuhrman) Ostrander.
She grew up in Larned and graduated from Larned High School. After graduating she moved to Dodge City and has resided there since. Lori lived and worked at Arrowhead West in Dodge City. She also enjoyed calling bingo games at the area nursing homes.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dodge City and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Lori is survived by two brothers, Billy Ostrander and wife Stephanie and Todd Ostrander both of Larned; her grandmother, Edna Boettger of Dodge City; niece, Tiffany Nauert of Larned; nephew, Christopher Nauert of Larned; uncle, Kenny Ostrander of Larned; and two aunts, Coletta Meir of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Ruth Ostrander of Dundee. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Lance Carrithers presiding. Private family burial will be at Wayne Cemetery in Lewis. There will be no public visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to Arrowhead West in care of the funeral home.
