Wiseman Preliminary Hearing on Murder Charges Begins

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The preliminary hearing for accused murderer Loren Wiseman of Wichita started on Tuesday in Judge Michael Quint’s courtroom.  Garden City Police say Wiseman killed 32 year old Jeremy Pascascio outside the Dillion’s East on the afternoon of December 6th.  

Testimony centers around whether Wiseman had the right to use force under stand your ground laws.  The hearing continues Wednesday morning.
