Sheriff: Man Charged For Shooting at his Wife
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Sunday afternoon around 3:30 Finney County Sheriff’s deputies received a call that a man had shot at his wife. As officers approached the residence on Crane Road they met with 57 year old Arinda Collins who said her husband Michael had entered her bedroom and shot at her while she was taking a nap. The woman told deputies she was not hurt.
58 year old Michael Collins has been arrested, booked into the county jail and will face several charges including attempted first degree murder. Bond for Collins has been set at 400-thousand dollars.
