Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Kansas Water Office has facilitated the discussion for fourteen different regional plans as part of its overall vision for water in the state. One thing that made the discussion at the recent Garden City meeting for the Upper Arkansas different. Some participants wanted deeper cuts. All 14 regional plans will be presented during May’s statewide meeting in Greensburg.
