Charla LeAnn Seger

Charla LeAnn Seger, age 53, of Ulysses, Kansas died Saturday, May 30, 2015 in rural Grant County, Kansas; with her husband, Earl. She was born July 2, 1961 in Show Low, Arizona, the daughter of Bill and Barbara (Rothlisberger) Neff.

Charla grew up in Snowflake, Arizona and graduated high school there. She then continued her education at Ricks College and then beauty school. Charla married Earl Seger on August 12, 1982 in the LDS Temple in Mesa, Arizona. Charla enjoyed comforting others. She was always looking for the next adventure. Charla loved knowledge. She loved history and history of the gospel. You could always find her slaving away in her yard with her grandkids in tow. 

She is survived by her children, Brittany Knapmiller and husband Scott of Ulysses, Kansas, Ryan Earl Seger and wife Danielle of DeWitt, Michigan, Whitney Goff and husband Sawyer of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Riley Shawn Seger of Ulysses, Kansas; parents, Bill and Barbara Neff of Snowflake, Arizona; siblings, Wayne Neff and wife MxcKayla of Rexburg, Idaho, Donnie Neff and wife Becky of Gilbert, Arizona, Travis Neff and wife Sanna of Mesa, Arizona, Leasa Seger and husband Merl of Ulysses, Kansas, Jennifer Neff of Snowflake, Arizona, Harry Neff of Snowflake, Arizona, Clint Neff and wife Jen of Taylor, Arizona, Shawnee Schneider and husband Jared of Ulysses, Kansas, Tyler Neff and wife Stevie of Rexford, Idaho, Areionnah Neff of Shone, Arizona; and five grandchildren Max, Lexi, Lenyx, Colt, and Tessa. 

Charla is preceded in death by a daughter, Tessa; and one brother, Johnathan Neff; and sister-in-law, Sandi Seger.

Everyone is welcome at the funeral service for Charla to be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 5, 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ulysses, Kansas with Bishop Carl Egley officiating. Burial will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery in Ulysses, Kansas. Friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses.
