Survey: Distractions Responsible For More Than Half of Teen Accidents

(westernkansasnews.com) This survey from AAA and the University of Iowa could cause some sleepless nights for teen parents.  In one of the biggest surveys of its kind spanning seven years, embedded video camera provided some needed evidence.

Some 1,700 crashes were part of the survey.  There were two causes that resulted in more crashes than cell phone use.  

Hanni hopes this study will highlight the need for all of us to eliminate distractions behind the wheel.
